I work across Cumberland, Harnett, and Hoke counties, near Fort Bragg, and into Moore and Lee. Most of my work is in four towns, and I cover the surrounding areas too. Schools and flood risk vary by address, so I check both on every home.
Fayetteville
The biggest of the four, with a large rental market as well as homes to buy. Neighborhoods change block to block.
Hope Mills
Mostly owners who buy and stay, built around Hope Mills Lake. A short drive to Fayetteville and post.
Raeford
Hoke County’s seat, growing fast with people who work on post and want more space.
Spring Lake
Right at the gate, and mostly a renter’s town. Flood maps first near the Little River.
Surrounding areas
I also work in the smaller towns and communities around these four, and in parts of Moore County (Southern Pines, Aberdeen, Pinehurst, Vass, Cameron) and Lee County (Sanford), where a lot of Fort Bragg families land. If your area isn’t listed here, ask. There’s a good chance I’ve already sold or managed a home near you.
Getting around
Rough drive times to Fort Bragg, off-peak. Gate traffic and which gate you use change these a lot, so we’ll check your actual commute before you commit to a house.
- Spring Lake: 5 to 15 minutes
- Fayetteville: 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the neighborhood
- Raeford: 20 to 30 minutes
- Hope Mills: 25 to 35 minutes
- Vass: 30 to 40 minutes
- Southern Pines and Aberdeen: 35 to 45 minutes
- Sanford: 40 to 50 minutes
Raleigh and RDU are about an hour and fifteen minutes up I-95 and US-1. The beach is about two hours. Pinehurst is about 45 minutes west.

The best way to see what’s going on is the official calendars. They’re kept current, and I’m not.
