I moved a lot growing up, and again as a young adult. Somewhere in all that moving, I learned how good it feels to have a place that’s yours. That’s why I became a Realtor: I want that feeling for the families I work with.
The Army brought my family here in August 2015, and my husband and I are both Army veterans. Before real estate, I served seven years as a supply sergeant. Supply teaches you to keep track of everything, plan ahead, and say plainly when something isn’t going to work. I still work that way.
I’ve been licensed in North Carolina since 2023. Today I’m a Realtor with Olive & Company Realty and a property manager with Olive & Co. Property Management. I work in Fayetteville, Hope Mills, Raeford, and Spring Lake, across Cumberland, Harnett, and Hoke counties, and into parts of Moore and Lee.
Most of the people I work with have a connection to the military: families getting ready for a PCS, veterans settling in for good, and homeowners who became landlords when orders came through and weren’t planning on it. I also help investors, and owners who live out of the area and want someone local looking after their property.
I know what a PCS does to a family’s timeline, and how hard it is to make big decisions when you’re short on time or far away.
Here’s how I work. I’ll tell you what’s straightforward and what isn’t. If a house needs more work than the listing lets on, I’ll say so. If renting makes more sense than selling, I’ll say that too. I’d rather you hear it from me now than find out later.
Outside of work, I write poetry, research family history, and make things with my hands, like sublimation, Cricut projects, and woodworking. I also love spending time with my husband and our children.
If you’re buying, selling, renting, or trying to figure out what to do with a house you can’t live in right now, call or text me at (910) 556-1063.
